During our telephone consultation, we will assess your situation and troubleshoot to the best of our ability. If it is something that can be handled remotely, we will let you know and get to work. Otherwise, we will advise you to take the PC to a local repair service.
Telephone consultations are $40 per hour and billed in 1/4 hour increments (1/2 hour minimum).
