REQUIREMENTS FOR REMOTE SERVICE
- Computer must be running Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7.
- Computer must be capable of accessing the Internet and accepting a remote connection.
- Someone must be available to monitor your computer during the session unless “unattended access” is set up in advance.
- Customer must have all required hardware, cabling and software unpacked and ready to go.
- Customer is responsible for the actual physical connections. We just handle the software installation and any necessary software configuration.
